Twelve-year-old jockey Dylan weighs in at a tiny 66 pounds. He's intent on making a name for himself on the grassroots horse racing circuit in Western Ireland, so to make up for his size he carries a 72-pound lead weight when he races. And he's just stepped up a level, to one of the biggest events on the amateur racing calendar.
